This Japanese sake comes from the oldest sake brewer in japan which started in 1688 in the Shizuoka prefecture.

The base that they use,or Mother water is made using river bed water that has urn thruogh Mt,Fuji volcanick rock for 70 years.

Therefore,this sake is flavorful and softly sweet with a beautiful balance of acidity.

This sake has won three first place awards from the Shizuoka prefectre,the Tokai 4 prefectures, and all of Japan.
